Which Size Diamond Finger Drill Bit Do I Need?
Choose a bit slightly smaller than the finished opening you want, then work outwards to the line. Smaller sizes such as 6mm and 8mm suit fine detail and tight cut-outs. Larger sizes such as 20mm and 25mm remove more material and suit bigger openings and longer edges.
What Is a Diamond Finger Drill Bit Used For?
A diamond finger bit is a small cylindrical grinding bit used to enlarge holes, shape cut-outs and smooth the edges of tile after cutting. It is popular with tilers for fitting tile around pipes, fittings and corners.
